Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure an effective IT environment for the employees and contingent workers;
- Cooperation with the central IT department of the company;
- Writing specifications and documentation;
- Management and automation of continuous deployment and continuous integration (CI/CD);
- AWS and Google Cloud infrastructure management;
- Performance assessment and monitoring;
- Adopt, customize and implement best practice DevOps policies and DevOps procedures;
- Supporting IT procurement;
- Advise the development team on best practices throughout the design process of their applications, to ensure that they can be delivered to manageable and highly available production environments;
- Architect and implement the infrastructure for building, testing, deploying, tuning, and troubleshooting production and development systems.
You’ll need to have:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience: DevOps/Infrastructure, Systems Administration, and/or Development;
- Experience working with any Cloud provider – AWS, Google, Azure, etc.;
- Experience working with any of modern infrastructure operations and automation tools:
o Cluster Configuration and Automating tools
o Continuous Integration and testing;
o Continuous Deployment; - System administration;
- Experience with solving security problems: Certificate management, Firewalls;
- Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems and a willingness to learn Additional Skills;
- DBA Skills;
- Empathy;
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team;
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Good command of English (both written and verbal);
- Proactivity: going beyond what asked to do – based on a thorough understanding of the needs – coming up with solutions that best address the problems;
- Professionalism and a “can-do” attitude to work
