This role is responsible to lead change management role on projects, ensuring all inputs are available and SC is geared up for deployment including new innovations, VIP, product transfers, roll-outs, recipe changes and line extensions with an agreed time plan.
- Change Management
- Lead and ensure execution of the VIP Programs in the category
- Non engineering executionOverall Program Management
- Single point of contact for Technology inputs for various teams like – Cluster BD/ BB/ R&D / UENS / Category and SU’s. Will represent SC in RCLT or Cluster Category LT. Acts as an extension to the Group Category Technology team and will ensure full alignment to the category technology program
- Feed the definition – product, process and packaging design requirements for local market to Group Category for design adaptation and approval.
- CAPEX Management
- Drives Capex Management – supporting Short, Medium and Long Term investment for growth, innovation and convergence; Ensures implementation priorization
- Innovation Projects
- Drive Innovation Excellence / OTIF by leading EPM (which includes QA, prouct safety, planning and data co-ordination) and supporting EEM/DFM
Responsible for Business case on Innovation plan input for contract and market ready documents - Ensure effective link with R&D, Planning and factories for innovation, Capacity and VIP delivery
- In case of existing technologies responsible to drive innovation process from Contract gate to Commissioning in the cluster.
- Develop local technology standards for unique technologies. Responsible for driving innovation process of Cluster specific locas jewels, non global brands.
- Drive Innovation Excellence / OTIF by leading EPM (which includes QA, prouct safety, planning and data co-ordination) and supporting EEM/DFM
- Other Projects
- Responsible for technical risks assessments to avoid quality issues.
- Ensuring investments in driving core design convergence in the cluster
- Leads EPM
- Ensure technology harmonisation, simplification and flexible manufacturing
- Commissioning (Post Dry Testing) Troubleshooter with respect to product, process and packaging performance.
- Responsible for compliance with food safety quality and product protection requirements and paying special attention to compliance with hygiene requirements related to work, eg: maintaining order in the work area, post-work inspection, maintaining hygiene of work area, hygiene of technical materials / technologies to be procured. Employee complies with applicable requirements with employees working under his or her direction
Required skills:
- Engineering or other relevant degree
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant field
- High level of proficiency in English
- Good Knowledge of Process and Technology / Equipment associated with an FMCG company.
- Knowledge and experience in Quality in Innovation for Manufacturing including statistical analysis and process control, supplier asessment and capabilities, risk assessments for raw materials / packing materials / formulations and validation of in – house and co-making operations
- Able to prepare machine / process stream specifications and machinery projects management networks
