Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and rollout projects.
- Analyze HR business requirements and provide functional solutions using SuccessFactors modules.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession.
- Support data migration, integrations, and system testing (unit, integration, and UAT).
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with SAP S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
- Provide functional support during go-live and post-go-live phases (L2/L3).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong functional expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience with end-to-end implementation projects.
- Knowledge of HR processes (Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning).
- Experience with integrations (SAP CPI / APIs is a plus).
