Roles and Responsibilities
- Support project governance by organizing status meetings, maintaining stakeholder engagement, and tracking action items
- Assist in scope and change management by supporting project planning, monitoring deliverables, and maintaining work management tools
- Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and timesheet validation to support timely and accurate project execution
- Maintain project financials, including budget tracking and cost management activities
- Support quality assurance processes by ensuring completion of key project documentation (e.g., acceptance forms, cutover plans)
- Contribute to risk, issue, and communication management by maintaining registers, preparing MoMs, and supporting effective team communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role within an SAP environment (Public cloud projects), or 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, leading cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery.
- Public cloud implementation – Project Management experience is needed
- Nice to have: SAP Activate certification
