Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI/CO and adjacent modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR.
- Provide expert-level support, lead user training sessions, and mentor junior team members.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP FIC.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting standards, and compliance.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.
- SAP certification in FICO is a plus.
