Roles And Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end SAP data migration activities for assigned data objects, from requirements gathering to technical reconciliation.
- Design and execute migration solutions using SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, LSMW, and ETL tools.
- Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and develop/test ETL and migration routines.
- Support ALE setup, IDOC processing, IDOC extensions, and BAPI-based migration activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Sales teams on global SAP deployment projects.
- Contribute to the improvement of migration frameworks, methodologies, and toolsets while supporting junior consultants.
- Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP data migration and ETL development using SQL, LSMW, and related SAP migration tools.
- Strong understanding of Data Object Mapping Documents (DOMD), data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution processes.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing, pre/post-load validation, and migration reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP data migration methodologies and documentation standards.
- Experience with SharePoint, SAP Cloud ALM, or similar documentation and collaboration tools.
- Ability to provide effort estimations and manage deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Ability to work independently in global onsite/offshore project environments.
